Debris from the North Korean rocket launched into orbit has been discovered in South Korea. Wednesday's successful launch caused an international back-lash and raised concerns the county may be developing technology to launch a nuclear warhead. At the United Nations in New York, diplomat after diplomat voiced their condemnation for the launch.

But elsewhere in New York... at least one person was celebrating. Congratulatory flowers were sent to the office of the North Korean ambassador, who said it was a proud and joyous day for North Koreans. As the security council decides how or if to move forward with sanctions, all eyes are on the hermit kingdom to see if they'll make good on their promise to proceed with further launches.
