A few showers this morning
早上有少量陣雨
Dear Diary,
親愛的日記：
I woke up before the sun rose this morning.
今天我在太陽升起前醒來。
Today I would be a babysitter!
今天我會是一個保姆！
I thought about it all day at school.
我在學校里整天想著這件事。
After school, Brian came with me.
放學后，布賴恩來找我。
We went to the playground.
我們去了操場。
I thought that it would be easy to babysit there.
我本以為做保姆很容易。
I was wrong! First, Debbie climbed up very high.
我錯了！ 首先，黛比爬得非常高。
I was scared that she would hurt herself,
我很害怕她會傷到自己，
but she held on well.
但是她抓得很牢。
Next, I pushed her on the swing.
接著，我推她蕩秋千。
Brian wanted to give her a push,
布賴恩想推她一下，
but Debbie said no.
可是黛比不肯。
She loves her big cousin!
她喜歡她的大個子表哥來推！
I wanted to lie on the grass,
我想躺在草地上，
but Debbie wanted to play games.
但是黛比想玩兒游戲。
We ran, we climbed, and we threw balls and played catch.
我們跑，我們爬，我們把球扔來扔去，我們捉迷藏。
Finally, we had supper.
最后，我們吃了晚飯。
My aunt and uncle had made sandwiches for us to eat at the playground.
我的叔叔和嬸嬸給我們做了三明治，讓我們在操場上吃。
Debbie ate hers in about one minute!
黛比在一分鐘內吃完了！
Then she was running again! So was I!
然后她又開始跑了！我也是！
When the sun set, I took Debbie home.
當太陽落下時，我?guī)毂然丶伊恕?br />I helped her brush her teeth and climb into bed.

我給她講了一個故事。
At nine thirty, my aunt and uncle came home.

I can't write any more tonight.
我今天晚上寫不動了。
I'm too tired. It was a good day. Danny

LET’S DO IT! Danny had a busy day and felt tired.
