辦公室禮儀
Office etiquette is formal rules of behavior that make professional encounters pleasant and productive.
辦公室禮儀是能使職業交往愉快而又富有成效的正式的行為規范。
While certain procedures may seem awkward or wasteful to you as you begin working in a new situation,
剛剛開始在新環境工作的你也許覺得有些做法很別扭或者是一種浪費,
resist the urge to make immediate changes.

Discover how things are done and why.

Observe how others answer the telephone, dress, decorate desks or office space.

Establish in your mind other people’s priorities before asserting your own.

Every office has its own protocol for who should be called by his or her first name and who should be called by his or her title.

New employees should follow suit. after listening carefully to how people are addressed.
新成員要入鄉隨俗,細心去聽人們之間是如何稱呼的。
Whatever your position, a “thank you” is in order when someone has done you a favor, no matter how small it is.
無論你的身居何位,也無論他人對你的照顧是多么微不足道,說聲“謝謝”都是理所應當的。
