日常交流中，當別人問你住哪，如果住的是酒店，我們第一反應可能會說I live in a hotel. 但是，老外聽到這句回答的時候，心里非常有可能在想：Why do you live in a hotel instead of your house?

其實這種場景下用live是非常不地道的，因為live指的是長期的居住，用stay這個詞才是最地道的，因為我們絕大多數時候住酒店，是臨時住。
