Will: Helen. Can I have a word with you in my office, please?

Helen: Sure.

Will: Great. Follow me. Take a seat, please. Now I've looked over the project you completed last month and to tell you the truth, it doesn't look very good at all. Not at all what we were looking for. What do you have to say about It?

Helen: I'm sorry. I tried to take it in a different direction, and I got it all confused and missed the point of the project entirely. It’s all my fault, just using poor judgment, and in the future I'll know not to deviate too much from the outlines I'm given.
