Mr. Williams: Yes. This udon means moon viewing noodles literally. It's a typical noodle for the mid-autumn day. We usually have it around the end of September or early October.
威廉先生：是呀。這款烏冬面的字面意思就是看見月亮的面條，是中秋節的經典美食。我們常常在九月末或是十月初食用。
Ashley: So, does the egg symbolize the harvest moon?
阿什利：這么說，這個雞蛋就象征著滿月咯？
Mrs. Williams: You've got it! Tsukimi udon expresses our sincere wish of reunion and harvest. Try it. We also wish you all the best with your study in Japan.
