Ella: Tell me more about your future goals, please.

Kevin: It has always been my dream to work for an NGO, such as the Brookings Institution or RAND Corporation. I think this research job will give me invaluable experience.

Ella: This particular position covers several areas of research in the field of economics. In which area do you have expertise?

Kevin: Well, I focused on political economy in college, in particular south-south economic cooperation. I would like to continue research in this area.

Ella: So where do you see yourself in five years?

Kevin: I hope to still be working with your company. I like stability and I think it’s important to learn as much as you can from one job.
