Kate: According to your resume, you are qualified for two of our open positions. Why are you applying for this one and not the other?

Barney: In my last year of college, I really became interested in the psychological aspects of public policy making, so I decided to focus on that area.

Barney: I took a few psychology courses and found them extremely interesting.
