Non-discrimination principle 非歧視原則

A:We caninferthat the non-discriminationprinciple is one of the most important principles of WTO agreement. This principle requires equal treatment of domestic and foreign enterprise. Does the principle also apply to domestic enterprise of different ownerships?

B:Yes, it does. Domestic enterprises of different ownerships enjoy equal rights, for the non-discrimination principlegrantsequal rights to enterprises, regardless of their nationality and ownership. I have found that although changes of China's economic policies are numerous, these changes are largely based on the most important economic principle of WTO agreement—non-discrimination principle. Such an understanding of principle of the changes may help us not only to have a good insight into the changes but also toforeseethe tendency of the new changes of China's economic policies.

B:是的。不同性質(zhì)的國內(nèi)企業(yè)享有平等的權利，因為非歧視性原則賦予所有企業(yè)平等的權利，不管他們是國內(nèi)還是國外的。我發(fā)現(xiàn)盡管中國經(jīng)濟政策的變化是巨大的，這些變化是基于世貿(mào)協(xié)議重要原則——非歧視原則。就像對政策變化的理解不僅能幫我們洞悉這些變化，同時也可以預測中國經(jīng)濟政策變化的趨勢。
