Act up: to behave badly 表現不好;搗亂
The kids started acting up. 孩子們開始調皮搗蛋起來.
"act up"就是指小孩子搗亂.意思相近的還有"horse around".

Horse around: 哄鬧,胡鬧
The boys wouldn't stop horsing around, so their mom had to shout at them.
男孩們胡鬧個不停,他們的媽媽不得不對他們大吼.

說道這個"搗亂",又不得不提到"坐立不安".那"坐立不安"用英語怎么表達?
Fidget: 坐立不安,煩躁
Sit still and stop fidgeting! 坐好,不要動來晃去的!

So help me可不是"所以幫助我"的意思,這是一個很口語的表達.意思是"我發誓".
I'll kill him, so help me. 我發誓,我要殺了他.

get something over (with)是指完成,結束某事,尤其是指那種討厭做卻不得不做的事.比如說開考在即,很多同學都會有這樣的心態"I'll be glad to get the exam over and done with. (考試結束后我就高興了.)".沒有人喜歡考試(除了少數人),所以能get the exam done and over with當然就是一件很開心的事情了.
