Besides brought about a new way of dining to Chinese people, MacDonald's introduced a brand new manner to them. That is, MacDonald's gives us not only a new fast food, but a new culture of eating foreign to us before. And then, we find in many big cities all kinds of cross-bred Chinese fast food chains, an effort to combine the way in running a Chinese restaurant with that of the MacDonald's chains. The Chinese food chains chose the yellow color, a combination of red with maize. According to experts, the yellow color is the most effective color to evoke appetite. It is no wonder that nearly all the joint ventures catering industries chose the color between the red color and the maize one.
