就在中國樓市前景依然不明朗時，國內(nèi)赴美購房團已趕赴大洋彼岸抄底美國房地產(chǎn)。而據(jù)美國本周二公布的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示，去年 12 月份美國樓市小幅回彈，合同售房數(shù)量比去年同期高出 2.1 個百分點。

　　據(jù)本周二公布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，去年 12 月，美國現(xiàn)存房產(chǎn)待完成銷量有所反彈，購房者利用價格和房貸利率下降的有利時機重新殺回房地產(chǎn)市場。
在上面的報道中，pending sales 也就是 pending home sales，指的是成屋待完成銷售量，它指的是那些已經(jīng)簽署合同但尚未完成的成屋銷售。Pending home sales index（成屋待完成銷售指數(shù)）是一項衡量房地產(chǎn)市場變化的常見指數(shù)，若指數(shù)上升則預(yù)示房地產(chǎn)市場回調(diào)，而若指數(shù)持續(xù)走低則預(yù)示房地產(chǎn)市場仍將低位考試~大運行。
　　Pending 在這里指“未定的、懸而未決的”，如：the lawsuit was then pending（那件訟案尚未解決），pending further discussion（尚待進一步討論），因此 the plan is still pending so far（計劃目前還沒有執(zhí)行），this matter must wait pending her return from Europe（這件事必須等到她從歐洲回來再處理）。
　　我們平時還常用 in the air 這種很形象的說法來表示“懸而未決”，常見的用法是 be up in the air。 They are eager to see the band U2 in concert, but their tour schedule is very much up in the air. （他們希望能看到 U2 的演唱會，但是他們的演出行程還不確定。）
