下午聽力部分的statements中有好幾句是我們聽力教程的原題哦，Joyce在上課和家長會時都反復強調讓大家至少做兩遍，相信對你們而言是“小碟一菜”啦，總體來講是比較容易的哦！相信hold住這幾道題應該沒問題吧？！
　　1.That math problem is a hard one, even for Diana.
　　解析：聽力教程unit1中statements第五題。even甚至，說明Diana的數學非同尋常的好呢！
　　2.Today is Thursday, and the exhibit is supposed to open the day after tomorrow.
　　解析：聽力教程unit2中statements第二題。The day after tomorrow表示兩天后，今天是周四，兩天后當然就是周六咯！
　　3.The school boys walked into the hall two by two.
　　解析：聽力教程unit3中statements第三題。我們上課時經常說讓學生one by one地回答問題，所以two by two就是兩個兩個，即in pairs啦！
　　4.There hasn’t been a chef like Rob for a great many years.
　　解析：聽力教程unit6中statements第八題。上課時還重點強調過哦！因為許多同學不明白exceptional（杰出的）含義，Joyce告訴大家，這個詞就相當于excellent, marvellous, terrific, wonderful, great這一類表示贊賞的褒義詞啦！
　　5.The referee blew his whistle and he brought the football game to a halt.
　　解析：聽力教程unit7中statements第七題。Referee和whistle都是上課講解過的詞匯內容，bring to a halt意思就是裁判暫停了比賽（stop the match）嘛！
　　6.I ran into my former teacher in college yesterday.
　　解析：run into sb是我們在口譯部分詞匯表中出現過的單詞哦，表示“偶然遇見某人”。
　　7.When we knew you had a safe journey home, it was a load off my mind.
　　解析：load就相當于一個burden（負擔，重負）,a load off my mind表示“心中的大石頭落地了”，所以是“安心，放心”的意思啦！
　　8.We stored a lot on the hard drive in the company.
　　hard drive表示“硬盤驅動器”的意思，這句話的意思是“我們在公司的硬盤驅動上儲存了很多信息”。
　　9.Frankly speaking, I don’t think much of this movie.
　　解析：think much of sth表示“贊揚，對。。。高度評價”的意思。我對這部電影don’t’ think much of，當然是指我覺得這部電影不好看，不怎么樣啦！
　　10. Marina didn’t answer the last two questions, but she did answer the first six.
　　解析：the last two questions最后兩個問題，the first six questions最前面六個問題。Marina最后兩題沒答上來，但是前六題還是會做滴~
