Most Chinese people begin the English education when they are in middle school,but I am an exception . My parents were fully aware of the importance of English and they asked me to study English when I was five years old. At that time,I didn't speak Chinese very well,and I didn't understand why my parents asked me to learn it,but I just followed their instructions because I wanted to make them happy. Later when I went to school,my English was the top one in the class and the teacher always asked me to tell English stories to my classmates. My vanity was motivated and my interest was aroused. I spent more time reading and writing in English. Later my father took me to other countries, I realized that English was useful for communication in other countries. And I really want to grasp the language. Now I go to pubs once a week. I can chat with native speakers of English freely.
絕大多數中國人在中學時開始學習英語，但我是一個例外。我的父母充分認識到英語的重要性，他們讓我在5歲時就開始學習英語。在那個時候，我的中文說的還并不好，我不明白為什么我的父母讓我學習它，我只是遵循他們的指示，因為我只想讓他們開心。后來當我進人學校，我的英語是全班最好的，老師總是讓我講英文故事給我的同學聽。虛榮心的驅使讓我對英語學習更加有興趣。我花去更多時間用在英語閱讀和寫作上。后來我的父親帶我來到其他國家，我意識到了英語在與人溝通上是多么有用， 我十分想熟練掌握這門語言。我現在每周都去一次酒吧。我已經可以暢通地與那些英語為母語的人進行交談。
