So let's have a look.

So, "As I have discussed", what we're doing is we're just taking that phrase, basically, and this shows the tone...
在第一部分,基本上我們要做的就是把"As I have discussed"這個短語用上,
this... this establishes the tone of conclusion: "As I have discussed".
它能帶來一種結尾的語氣:"As I have discussed"。
You're basically saying: "Well, I already told you all of this, but now I'm summarizing."
這樣你們的主要意思就是:“我已經把這所有的內容都跟你講過了,不過現在我是在總結。”
"As I have discussed, there are advantages and disadvantages to the question.
"As I have discussed, there are advantages and disadvantages to the question.(正如我已經說過的,這個問題既有好處也有壞處。)
I've shown both sides of the argument."
I've shown both sides of the argument." (我已經把兩方面的論據都寫過了。)
You could just learn that, you could learn that whole phrase to begin a conclusion.
你們可以直接把那個學下來,可以學著用那整個短語作為結尾的開頭。
What do you follow it with?
接下來寫什么呢?
You follow it with a "However" sentence.
在第一部分之后你們要寫一個"However"句子。
So, there may be advantages and disadvantages, but there's a catch.
也就是說,也許既有好處也有壞處,但是你們要抓住其中一點進行描述。
"However, I think parents should be responsible for teaching children to be good members of society."
比如"However, I think parents should be responsible for teaching children to be good members of society."(但是,我認為家長應該負責教孩子成為優秀的社會成員。)
So this is you saying: "Yeah, I see both sides, this is good about it, that's good about the other side.
意思就是:“是,我知道有兩方面,這是這方面的好處,那是另一方面的好處。
But, you know, for me and in my opinion...", because now we're using your subjectivity by saying: "I think".
但是,你要知道,對我來說,在我看來......”因為說了"I think",我們現在就要講你們的主觀看法了。
You can... you can finally make your position clear, make your position known.
你們終于可以表明自己的立場,讓別人知道你們的看法了。
Maybe in the rest of the essay, this is discursive... this is a discursive essay, you've been showing both sides of the argument.
這是一篇論述文,在這篇作文的其他部分,你們也許已經闡述過兩方面的論據了。
But if you write your essay in a way where you don't use: "I think", "I believe" in the rest of the essay before,
但是如果你們寫作文的時候,在結尾之前的其他部分沒有用過"I think", "I believe"的話,
it can be quite powerful just to use "I think" once at the end in your conclusion.
只在結尾最后用一次"I think",可能會使結尾顯得非常有力。
So, again: "However, I think parents should be responsible for teaching children to be good members of society."

Well, sometimes people like to end essays by giving a grand statement about morals and the world, so you can also do this in your IELTS exam.

And this is what I'm talking about when I say: "Make a moral or social observation" to do with the question, of course, not just the general one.
而這也是我說“做一個道德觀察評價或社會觀察評價”時要表達的意思,當然啦,你們要做的是與題干相關的觀察評價,不是籠統的。
