1. Tell me something about your family.
1. 跟我說說你家里的情況。
In my family, four generations live under the same roof. Although there are so many people, each of us gets on well with others.
在我的家庭里，4代人都居住在一起。我們雖然人很多，但是我們都能彼此相處得很融洽。
2. Who usually does housework in your family?
2. 你們家里一般誰做家務(wù)？
My mother does. She is laborious and keeps herself busy all the time.
我媽媽做。她總是很辛苦而且總是讓自己很忙。
3. Do you do the housework? What housework do you do in your family?
3. 你做家務(wù)么？一般你做什么家務(wù)？
Sometimes I help my mother do some cleaning. But mum says I am a trouble machine and always break something by carelessness.
我有時候會幫媽媽做一些清潔工作。但是媽媽總是說我是一個搗蛋鬼，因為我總是因為不小心弄壞東西。
4. What changes have taken place in the status of family members as time changes?
4. 隨著時間的推移。家庭內(nèi)部成員的狀況有沒有什么改變？
In my opinion,the most significant change is the change of relationship between generations. Currently,in most families,parents and children can sit down and compare notes on certain issues,which were impossible several years ago.
在我看來。最重大的變化無非 就是幾代人之間的關(guān)系。就目前，在大多數(shù)的家庭中，父母和兒女可以坐下來對一些無法做決定的事情展開討論，然而這個在幾年前幾乎是不可能的。
5. What kind of housework do you think is the important?
5. 你認為什么樣的家務(wù)活最重要？
As far as I am concerned,cooking is the housework which can be ranked No. 1. In China,we have a very famous saying: hunger breeds discontentment.
在我看來，做飯在家務(wù)活中是最重要的。在中國，我們有一句很有名的話：民以食為天。
6. What changes have been brought about the advancement of science and technology?
6. 科技的進步帶來了什么樣的改變？
Well, it makes life much easier. In the past, my mum had to spend half a day in washing clothes. Currently,with the use of the washing machine,it takes only 1 hour.
它使我們的生活更加輕松。在過去，我的母親不得不花費一天的時間來洗衣服。現(xiàn)在,通過使用洗衣機，洗衣服只需要1個小時。
