So,here are the changing rooms. And the showers and toilets are over there. We've also got the the daily newspapers here, and over there is a sauna.

Before you can use it though, you must take a short course on how to use all the equipment.

This is the aerobics and dance room. Classes are held from 7 in the morning to 9 in the evening.

On Sundays though, it's used for karate classes, usually form 10 in the morning to midday, but the times often change.
