1. What do you think of the One Child Policy in China?
Candidate 1: In my opinion, the One Child Police is good for China. Firstly, as we know, the population of China is the largest in the world and it is increasing very fast, while the natural resources are limited. We must take actions to keep the population from increasing to achieve sustanianble development. Secondly, as far as I know, under the One China Police many families' lives become better and better as the parents let the only one child have good education and exerpt him or her to be a useful person to the society when he or she grows up. Finally, more energy will be saved if there are fewer people. Most of the developed countries have a small population. I am sure the One Police will bring many advantages to China.
However, the policy can also result in some problems. These problems includes the aging problem of population. And the only one child in the family will feel very lonely as he or she has no brothers or sisters.
Candidate 2: As we know, China has the largest population in the world, and also has a large population growth. In order to reduce the population growth, the Chinese government introduces the One Child Policy, which requires couples to have only one child.
The One Child Policy has made some good effects. First, it has made a contribution to improving people's quality. Because a family only has one child, the child can receive good education and living environment. And the parents can take better care of their child. Second, it can reduce the population pressure on natural resources. Although China has a lot of natrual resources, it can not meet the requirement of human beings. The One Child Policy makes it possible to reduce a larger population, and to a certain degree, it reduces the pressure on electricity, water, gas, etc.
Of course, every coin has two sides. Because each family only has one child, parents often indulge their only child. And as a result, the only child may be selfish and capricious.
All in all, I think the One Child Police has made good inflence on China. And it is necessary for us to continue carrying it out.
Candidate 3: I agree on the One Child Policy in China. There are three reasons.
First, China has the largest population in the world. The population of China is 1.3 billion now. The largest population has made many bad results, such as envrionmental problems, traffic jams and so on. So to reduce the population is urgent. In China, we should obey the One Child Policy so that we can control the growth of the population.
Second, the One China Police has made a contribution to improving the people's quality. In a family of three-father, mother and the child, the child is usually brought up patiently, and the parents let him or her receive good education and want him or her to be a useful person to the society. Then, the child will have the best body and healthy mood. This can contribute to his or her success in the future.
Third, when the only one child in each family grows up, as the child has no brothers or sisters to talk with at home, he or she must be trained to get on well with other people, such as his classmates teachers and other family members. He has to get used to communicating with others. He will have a good social relationship.
Nowadays, it's difficult to find a job, and the natural resources are reducing. If there are fewer people, more energy will be saved. China is still a developing country now, and most of the developed countries have a small population. I'm sure the One China Policy will bring many advantages to China.
