The dark house“Cai Bin”will assume the head coach of Chinese women’s volleyball

中國排球運動管理中心公布了新的奧運周期中國男女排主帥的最終人選。原中國女排青年隊主帥蔡斌被正式任命為新一任女排主帥，在蔡斌同志得到總局批準之后，中心經過與蔡斌同志商量，決定聘請俞覺敏同志、賴亞文同志共同擔任蔡斌同志助手。中國女排領隊人選正在物色當中，目前暫由中心副主任李全強同志兼任女隊領隊。關于科研教練、陪打教練、醫務監督等，將隨后配齊。隊委會由李全強同志負責。呼聲最高的陳忠和意外落選，失去了連任的機會。中國男排和沙排國家隊的主教練毫無懸念，分別是周建安、繆志紅。
The Chinese Volleyball Administrator Center has declared the head coaches for Chinese men’s volleyball and women’s volleyball. The former head coach for the youth team for the Chinese women’s volleyball. After the accreditation the administrator center and discussion with Cai Bin, Yu Juemin and Lai Yawen are appointed together the assistants of Cai Bin. The captain for the women’s team has not been determined and Li Quanqiang, the vice-director of the administration center is taking the post for the time being. The coach of scientific research, the coach for the training partners and the clinic supervisor will be appointed later. The team committee will be in the charge of Li Qiang. Chen Zhonghe, mostly favored, was elected out unexpectedly and lost the election for another term. There is no suspense about the men’s volleyball and the head coach for the national team of beach volleyball: Zhou Jian’an and Liao Zhihong respectively.

蔡斌之前的陳忠和執教中國女排8年之久，帶隊先后斬獲2003年女排世界杯冠軍、2004年奧運會冠軍和2008年奧運會銅牌，將中國女排帶出了低谷，重現了當年老女排的輝煌。
Chen Zhonghe has served for women’s volleyball as long as 8 years, taking the lead of the champion for the world cup in 2003, the champion of Olympic Games in 2004 and bronze medalist in the Olympic Games in 2008,wich has turned the downturn and presented the glory of the women’s volleyball in those days.
