1 In China in 1977, Pang Gensheng was working in the forest when he saw something unusual.
1 1977年,龐根生在中國的一片森林中走著,忽然他發(fā)現(xiàn)了很奇怪的東西。
He got scared. There was a strange man. He was tall and hairy.
他有點(diǎn)害怕。那是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)相很奇特的人。他個(gè)子很高,毛發(fā)很多。
Pang said he was about two metres tall with long arms, dark eyes and big teeth.
龐根生說那個(gè)奇特的人的個(gè)子大概有兩米高,胳膊長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的,黑黑的眼球,巨大的牙齒。
The two stood there. After a while, Pang threw a stone at him.
兩人就站在那兒一動(dòng)也不動(dòng)。過了一會(huì)兒,龐根生朝他扔了一塊石頭。
The big man was hurt. He was making noises as he slowly walked away.
這個(gè)巨人受傷了,然后慢慢地走開了,嗓子里發(fā)出低吼的聲音。

He took about five photos before the creature disappeared.

Most of the photos were not good. It was hard to see anything.

However, one photo was a bit better. It appeared in a newspaper in 1934.
然而,有一張照片拍得還算不錯(cuò)。1934年,一張報(bào)紙刊登了這張照片。
Before that, some people knew about the monster. After that, it became famous. It was called the "Loch Ness Monster".
在此之前,有的人已經(jīng)知道了這里有水怪出現(xiàn)。照片刊登之后,尼斯湖有水怪出現(xiàn)這一事情便家喻戶曉了。人們稱之為“尼斯湖水怪”。

During the trip, they saw many large fish. One evening, it was getting dark. John Ridgway saw a creature in the sea.

It was a huge snake. It came toward the boat, dived under it and came up on the other side after some time.
那是一條巨大的蛇。它朝著小船游過來,潛入船底,過了些時(shí)候,又從船的另一邊鉆出來。
