Lesson 15 The Zoo Is Open
第15課 動(dòng)物園開門了
It's Saturday.
今天是星期六。
Jenny, Danny and Brian don't have classes today.
珍妮、丹尼和布萊恩今天不上課。
They go to the Zoo.
他們?nèi)?dòng)物園。
At a quarter to eleven,Brian,Jenny and Danny arrive at the zoo.
十點(diǎn)四十五分，布萊恩、珍妮和丹尼到達(dá)了動(dòng)物園。
They go through the entrance and see a sign.
他們穿過入口，看見了一個(gè)標(biāo)識(shí)。
Danger!Do not feed the animals!No photos!
危險(xiǎn)！不要給動(dòng)物喂食！不要拍照！
(He points to the sign.)

Why can't we take photos?
我們?yōu)槭裁床荒芘恼眨?/div>
Maybe cameras scare the animals.
可能照相機(jī)會(huì)嚇著動(dòng)物。
When animals are scared,they can be dangerous.
當(dāng)動(dòng)物被嚇著時(shí)，它們會(huì)很危險(xiǎn)。
Look!There's a bear.And he's sleeping.
看！那兒有一只熊。他睡著了。
It's nearly noon.He's very lazy!
現(xiàn)在都將近中午了。他真懶。
Wake up, Mr. Bear!I have some donuts for you!
熊先生，醒醒！我給你吃一些多納圈！
Danny, stop!You can't feed donuts to a bear!
丹尼，停！你不能給熊喂多納圈！
Remember the sign? We can't feed the animals.
記住標(biāo)識(shí)了嗎？我們不能給動(dòng)物喂食。
Oh, that's right!
哦，是的！
Sorry,I forgot.
對(duì)不起，我忘了。
Let's see the pandas.

They're so cute.
它們真可愛。
We don't have any pandas at the Edmonton Zoo,Danny.
埃德蒙頓動(dòng)物園沒有熊貓，丹尼。
Why not?
為什么沒有呢？
Pandas live mainly in China.
熊貓主要生長(zhǎng)在中國(guó)。
They eat bamboo.
它們吃竹子。
We don't have any bamboo here in Edmonton.
在埃德蒙頓我們沒有任何竹子。
I see.But we have lots of grass here.
我知道了。但是我們這兒有很多的草。
Look at those giraffes.
看那些長(zhǎng)頸鹿。
They like eating grass.
它們喜歡吃草。
Maybe the pandas could eat some grass instead of bamboo.
也許熊貓也能吃草而不吃竹子了。
And maybe you could eat some carrots instead of all those donuts.
你也許也能吃胡蘿卜而不吃多納圈了。
You're funny, Jenny.

I'm a dinosaur,not a rabbit.
