Mrs. Smith is a smart housewife. One day she is listening to music. Her son Tom says,"Mom,I'm going to have a picnic tomorrow. Please buy some snacks for me to take."
So Mrs. Smith goes shopping with a big plastic bag.
In the department store, she sees a new kind of stove. It uses only half of the coal when it is burning. She is very excited, and thinks to herself,"That will be terrific. Since one stove can save half of the coal, if I buy two, no coal will be needed."So she spends all her money on two stoves and doesn't buy anything for her son.
When she comes back home, Tom is unhappy and says,"Why did you buy two stoves? "
"These are magic stoves. They will save us a lot of money."
