ump-表示“隆起，塊狀物”
lump n.塊；腫塊 v．混在一起
[記]撲(p)到一塊（ump)，就混在一起、擠出了腫塊（lump）。
pump n.水泵；打氣筒 v.打氣；抽水
[記]撲（p）進氣體讓他隆起來(ump)，就是在打氣（pump）;打氣筒往外用力就變成了水泵，可以用來抽水（pump）。
[例]I fetched my bike and pumped up the back tire.我拿回了我的單車，給后輪打了氣。
dump v.丟;甩；傾銷 n.垃圾(堆）
[記]音似“當鋪”（dum-p）。不要的東西總是丟（dump）到當鋪里賣掉。
[串]傾銷就是指把商品丟到別的國家去賣。
