mo-表示“移動”
movement n.移動；（政治等)運動
[記]move移動；-ment名詞。它也表示政治、文化、藝術等領域的某運動，那都是為了把那個領域往前移動。
motion n.移動；運動；動作；請求
[記]move的另外一個名詞；“摸神（mo-tion)”，這是一個動作、一種運動，但是要請求神的同意。

[例]Newton's laws of motion are the foundation of classical physics.牛頓運動定律是經典物理學的基礎。
emotion n.情感；情緒；激動
[記]e-往外；motion運動。往外流動出來的就是你的情緒；太外流的情緒就是你很激動。

[例]The emotion state of a person directly affects his working state.一個人的情感狀態會直接影響他的工作狀態。
mobile a.容易移動的；非固定的；手機的
[記]mob-暴民；ile-容易的；暴民都是很容易走來走去移動的（mobile）。

[例]Industrialization would open up increasing chances of social mobility.工業化將為社會流動性打開更多的機會。
modern a.現代的
[記]音似“莫等”（mo-dern）。莫等閑，白了少年頭，空悲切。所以，請珍惜現代的時光。

[例]We should teach our parents to adapt themselves to the modern technology.我們應教文母適應現代技術。
monitor n.監視器；監聽器；班長
[記]模擬(moni-)考試特(-tor)別需要裝—個monitor。
[串]班長就是班主任的監視器啊，有木有！
promote v.促進；宣傳；促銷；升職
[記]pro-往前；mo動；-te動詞；讓一件事往前動，就是在促進它；要促進一件事，要多宣傳、促銷；促銷得好就會被升職。
[變]promotion n.促進；宣傳；促銷；升職 promoter n.發起人；促進者 promotional a.宣傳的；促銷的
[例]I will begin a promotional tour for my books after they are released.我的這套書發行以后，我將開始一個巡回的宣傳活動。
remote a.遙遠的；偏僻的 n.遙控器
[記]re-一再地；mo動；-te動詞。一再地動才到得了，說明是個遙遠、偏遠的（re-mo-te）地方?？刂七b遠的地方的東西要用遙控器(remote)。
[例]Chances of a genuine and lasting peace become even more remote.真正且持久的和平的機會變得越來越遙遠了。
[注]上句就等于We can't...，我們不能得到真正持久的和平。以后作文里出現的時候，就可以用“Chances of st. are remote.”代替，一秒鐘變高端。
remove v.移開；去除；脫下；免去
[記]re-一再地；move移動；一再地移動才能脫下一個東西。比如鞋子，每次都要扯好久，所以“脫鞋”就叫remove shoes;脫下一個東西就是去除一個東西；脫下了鞋子要移開；移開一個人就是免去他的職務。
[搭]remove make-up 卸妝(去除化的妝） remove sth./sb. form從……中去除掉某人／某物
[變]removal n.移開;去除；免職
[例]The president removed that city from our program which aims to provide funds to the places of poverty.主席把那個城市從我們的扶貧計劃名單中去掉了。
motive n.動機
[記]音似“摸踢我”（mo-ti-ve）。一個人在摸我、踢我，肯定是有動機的。
[變]motivate v.刺激：激發（-ate動詞。使你做事有了動機，就是刺激、激發了你)
[例]Bree is absolutely not the murderer. She has no motive! Bree 絕對不可能是殺人兇手，她根本沒有動機！He was primarily motivated by the desire for profit.最初是對利益的渴望刺激了他。
locomotive n.火車頭
[記]loco-似logo,標志；motive動機，演變成運動的機車。掛著標志的機車，就是火車頭(loco-mo-tive)。
stimulate v.刺激；激勵
[記]“師弟(sti-)，莫遲到（mu-late）!”這是師兄對你激勵的話語，讓你不要太懶惰，刺激你努力。

[例]Numerous students are stimulated by SS's inspirational speeches.思思激勵人心的演講激勵了無數莘莘學子。
