automtic a.自動的；自然而然的

[記]auto-自己；ma-似“媽”：-tic表示形容詞親媽都是會自動地對你好，自然而然地付出一切。

[搭]Automatic Teller Machine自動取款機(teller：出納，也就是告訴你會給你多少錢的人）

[例]She is the automatic choice as the CEO for the board.她是董事會選CEO的必然選擇。

automate vt.使自動化

[記]auto-自己；mate-音似“美特“。自己追求美都是特別自動化（automate）的事情。

[變]automation n.自動化

[例]The increase in the unemployment is partly due to the soread of automation.失業率的增高部分是因為自動化的普及。

mechanic n.技工；機械工

[記]我查(me-cha)尼康（ni-c)，因為我是一個機械工（mechanic）。

tone n.語氣；音調；音色 vi.(色彩)搭調

[記]音似“痛(tone)”。不好的語氣會讓人心痛；音調太高會讓人耳朵痛；音色不好彈出來【消音】痛。不同的音色在一起要搭調(tone)。

[例]Your shoes tone beautifully with your dress.你的鞋和你的衣服搭得很美!

tune n.曲調 vt.調音；調整

[記]這個tune怎么這么“土呢(tu-ne)”？所以要調整(tune)一下。

[近]adjust v.調整

[例]After the maternity leave, she found it difficult to tune herself to the busy life.休完產假以后，她發現很難調整自己去適應忙碌的生活了。
