insert v.插入；嵌入 n.插入物

[記]in-往里；sert-加入。把一個東西往里加入另一個東西，就是插入、嵌入一個插入物(insert}。

exert v.產生、施加影響；努力去做

[記]ex-往外；-ert加入（x發了s的音，所以后面sert-本來應該有的s就沒有了）。你自身的能量向外加入到別人身上，就是產生、施加你的影響；我們都要努力去施加自己的影響。
