英語四六級考試改革后，翻譯部分由原來的單句漢譯英“換裝”為段落漢譯英，四級翻譯段落有140-160個漢字，六級有180-200個漢字。
　　翻譯策略指點：
　　穩定心態，挖掘考點、有的放矢，增強訓練是攻克翻譯這座大山的不二法寶。
　　1. 挖掘考點：
　　由樣題和2012年12月的真題可以看出，翻譯題越來越重視中國的歷史、文化，也就是越來越接地氣。所以，建議考生有意識的積累和背誦一些和中國節日、歷史事件、經濟和社會發展相關的詞匯。關注以反映中國社會為主的一些英文雜志和報紙。例如中國日報及其網站。大家每天看看網站中頭條新聞，配合中文新[微博]聞的背景，就可以學到很多表達。推薦一個中國日報網站下面的一個小欄目：language tips，有大量簡單實用的雙語文章。
