Quite obviously, the negative impacts of these habits are various. To begin with, they will impair or harm young people’s physical health. In addition, if this situation were to continue, it certainly would be a possibility that young people would suffer from low efficiency in their work and study.

To tackle this problem, it is high time that we took feasible steps to restrain this trend. First, it is suggested that public should enhance their awareness of healthy living.
