1、ape猿—go ape模仿；狂熱起來
e.g. Nowadays many young people ape their pop idols. Some of them even go ape over them. As a result, they neglect their lessons or work.當今許多年輕人模仿流行藝術的偶像。他們當中一些人甚至迷上偶像而忽視功課和學習。

9、possum負鼠-play possum裝死；裝病；裝睡；裝不知道

15、turkey火雞--talk turkey實話實說

16、wolf狼—cry wolf愚弄他人；故意嚇人
e.g. To cry wolf is to give false alarm. It comes from the fable of the shepherd boy who often called “wolf” to make fun of the neighbors.喊狼來了就是發假警報。它來源于一個牧童的寓言。他經常喊狼來了，以此捉弄鄰居。
e.g. The general said the candidate was just crying wolf when he said that the army was too weak to fight for the country.當候選人說軍隊過于弱小不能保衛國家時，將軍說那位候選人只不過是在故意嚇人。
