Man: Has the flight from Sydney arrived yet?

Woman: No, sir. It was held up in Singapore.

Man: Really? I thought it was a direct flight.

Woman： No, it stops in Bangkok and Hong Kong as well.

Woman 1: Could we meet on Thursday to discuss the new plans?

Woman 2: Sorry, I’m busy all day - how about Wednesday or Friday?
