Man:In my consultancy job, I always tried to keep to a nine hour day.
But when you 're an entrepreneur, you live and breathe your business twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
So I have no set timetable.
However, one day it would be nice to have some weekends free.
Woman:And what about your staff; what sort of people do you look for?
Man:I do think that business qualifications can be very helpful,
but my preference is to have people who are used to working in the service sector.
I interview a lot of dynamic and creative people, but they are not actually interested in how the business works.
Woman:So what advice would you give to people who want to start their own businesses?
