第十七章 致富的科學(xué)真諦
THERE is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe.
有一種會思考的源物質(zhì)，世上所有事物的形成皆源自于它。最初，這一物質(zhì)本是宇宙的填充物，宇宙的每一絲空隙都由它占據(jù)著。
A thought in this substance produces the thing that is imaged by the thought.
首先，在這種物質(zhì)當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)了思想，接著，思想再按照其想像的模式制造出世間萬物。
Man can form things in his thought, and by impressing his thought upon formless substance can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.
人類的思想可造萬物，而且通過讓自己的思想作用于無形的源物質(zhì)，人類就能夠?qū)⒛X海中的想像變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實。
In order to do this, man must pass from the competitive to the creative mind;
為了讓這些信念植根于我們的腦海當(dāng)中，人類必須首先轉(zhuǎn)變思想，徹底拋棄那些不正當(dāng)競爭的觀點，讓創(chuàng)造思想植根于腦海當(dāng)中，
otherwise he cannot be in harmony with the Formless Intelligence, which is always creative and never competitive in spirit.
不然，我們就無法與神奇的宇宙以及無形的物質(zhì)保持和諧的關(guān)系，因為他們倡導(dǎo)的正是創(chuàng)造精神，而不正當(dāng)競爭從來就不是他的意愿。
Man may come into full harmony with the Formless Substance by entertaining a lively and sincere gratitude for the blessings it bestows upon him.
人類要想與宇宙和諧相處，惟一途徑就是始終懷著一顆感恩的心，在每次接受上天賜予的同時對生活致以最誠摯的謝意。
Gratitude unifies the mind of man with the intelligence of Substance, so that man's thoughts are received by the Formless.
感恩能夠使人類的思想始終都與深邃的宇宙和無形的物質(zhì)牢牢聯(lián)系在一起，而只有這樣他們才能收到人類發(fā)出的祈求。
Man can remain upon the creative plane only by uniting himself with the Formless Intelligence through a deep and continuous feeling of gratitude.
深沉且一如既往的感恩之情能夠?qū)⑷祟惻c無形的物質(zhì)緊密聯(lián)系在一起，而只有當(dāng)人類與它一脈相承時，人類才能獲得創(chuàng)造思想。
Man must form a clear and definite mental image of the things he wishes to have, to do, or to become;
人必須對自己希望獲得的事物有一個清晰明確地認(rèn)識和規(guī)劃，也必須清楚自己需要做什么。
and he must hold this mental image in his thoughts, while being deeply grateful to the Supreme that all his desires are granted to him.
對于將來，人必須有一個透徹的認(rèn)識，即我們每個人的腦海里都應(yīng)該有一幅關(guān)于將來、關(guān)于夢想的藍(lán)圖。人必須感謝神奇的宇宙，因為正是他賜予我們?nèi)绱硕嗟南Ｍ陀?/p>
The man who wishes to get rich must spend his leisure hours in contemplating his Vision, and in earnest thanksgiving that the reality is being given to him.
任何一個渴望財富的人，在真誠地感激世界讓自已擁有如此美好的現(xiàn)實之余，都必須始終牢記腦海中的那幅夢想藍(lán)圖，并利用一切可以利用的時間來思考它，不斷地對其加以補(bǔ)充和完善。
Too much stress cannot be laid on the importance of frequent contemplation of the mental image, coupled with unwavering faith and devout gratitude.
關(guān)于反復(fù)思考夢想藍(lán)圖的重要性，我想，怎么強(qiáng)調(diào)都不為過，因為它和堅定的信念以及虔誠的感恩之心一起，
This is the process by which the impression is given to the Formless, and the creative forces set in motion.
構(gòu)成了人類向宇宙?zhèn)鬟f個人意愿過程中不可或缺的三要素，同時，它們也是促使創(chuàng)造力行動起來的催化劑。
The creative energy works through the established channels of natural growth, and of the industrial and social order.
創(chuàng)造能量正是通過自然界以及工業(yè)社會里早已建立起來的各種渠道發(fā)揮其巨大的威力。
All that is included in his mental image will surely be brought to the man who follows the instructions given above, and whose faith does not waver.
任何一個依照上述指示去做，并且始終堅持自己信念的人，最終都能夠?qū)⒛X海中的那幅夢想藍(lán)圖變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實。
What he wants will come to him through the ways of established trade and commerce.
他想要的一切必將通過各種商業(yè)或貿(mào)易的方式來到他的身邊。
In order to receive his own when it shall come to him, man must be active; and this activity can only consist in more than filling his present place.
要想在這些事物到來時能夠?qū)⑺鼈儽M收懷中，人必須首先行動起來，而任何行動都必須從做好眼前的工作開始。
He must keep in mind the Purpose to get rich through the realization of his mental image.
他必須始終牢記自已最初的目標(biāo)：通過實現(xiàn)腦海中的夢想藍(lán)圖成功致富。
And he must do, every day, all that can be done that day, taking care to do each act in a successful manner.
為此，他必須全力以赴地做好每天的全部工作，同時保證每件工作都能以最高的效率完成。
He must give to every man a use value in excess of the cash value he receives, so that each transaction makes for more life;
對于那些給自己帶來貨幣財富的人，他回報予其的無形財富的價值必須遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過當(dāng)初所獲得的貨幣財富的價值，只有這樣，他才能讓自己的每次交易都創(chuàng)造出更多的財富以及更好的機(jī)會。
and he must so hold the Advancing Thought that the impression of increase will be communicated to all with whom he comes in contact.
他必須讓進(jìn)步的思想貫穿于自己的全部言行當(dāng)中，也只有這樣，他才能讓所有與他接觸的人都感受到這一思想的神奇魅力。
The men and women who practice the foregoing instructions will certainly get rich;
任何人，無論男女老少，只要他（她）執(zhí)行了上述規(guī)則，就一定能夠成功致富，
and the riches they receive will be in exact proportion to the definiteness of their vision, the fixity of their purpose, the steadiness of their faith, and the depth of their gratitude.
而決定他們財富多寡的正是我一再強(qiáng)調(diào)的：夢想藍(lán)圖是否清晰，行動目標(biāo)是否明確，心中信念的堅定與否以及感恩之情的深淺。
