Ray接著又說了在外用餐的另一個問題，他說：
And the second thing I think it comes with the oily food.

Oily food 油膩的食物，你懂的，也可以說 fatty/greasy food

Food，和vegetable, fruit一樣，強調不同種類時，可以做可數名詞，也就是foods, fruits這樣

They use a lot of spices to get those flavors busting into your mouth.

Busting into your mouth, 這個bust是個很地道的表達。Bust本意是'try extremely hard to do sth.'，極盡…之能事。

如果說get those flavors busting into your mouth，那意思就是，飯店為了讓飯菜口味誘人，有時候真的會過度使用香料。

Don't make it a regular habit of doing sth. 不要養成……習慣，當然一般是指壞習慣

這也是我們不敢太多吃飯店的重要原因之一啊，聽起來就很惡心的地溝油，Ray給出了一個真正地道且生動的對應表達——gutter oil

Julie: What's the difference between flavorful and tasty?

Flavorful & tasty辨析

Flavorful 美味的，有風味的，不妨理解為'full of flavors'更容易記清楚，就是酸、甜、咸、麻等好多味道交織混雜，強調口感豐富
Tasty 可口的，美味的，意思相對單純一些，就是好吃，但一般不用來指甜食
It tastes pleasant on your tongue. 這個搭配也是非常地道，形容美食可以直接和it's tasty替換。

It gives a really nice punch in your mouth, so it's like very whole-packed.

Ray給出的這句解釋非常生動，首先punch有“擊打、猛擊”的意思，在這里意思延伸為“味覺沖擊”。

Be whole-packed，全套的，這里指“味覺豐富的，滋味十足的”，我個人的表達會是，比較的“滋味大全”。
