Earlier this week Reuters reported that Congress has agreed to a deal allowing Chinese telecommunications giant ZTE, to resume U.S. operations in exchange for some major concessions.
On Friday, Trump tweeted that he let the company resume operations "with high level security guarantees, change of management and board, must purchase U.S. parts and pay a $1.3 Billion fine."
