也許我讓你誤認為籃球是項輕而易舉的運動
Maybe I made you think my highlights started at the free-throw line
也許我只讓你看到了我罰球線起步扣籃的風光無限
And not in the gym
你卻不曾了解我在球館的揮汗如雨
Maybe I made you think that every shot that I took was a game winner
也許我讓你想當然的認為我每次的投籃都是致命一擊，對于勝利我勢在必得
That my game was built on flash and not the fire
而不明白所有比賽的勝利都是靠一分一分拼搏而來并非唾手可得
Maybe it's my fault that you didn't see the failure gave me strength
也許是我的過錯，無法讓你看見失敗是我東山再起的力量
That my pain was my motivation
傷痛是我不斷前行的動力
Maybe I led you to believe that basketball was a god-given gift
也許我給了你錯誤的向導讓你認為籃球是天才的游戲
And not something I worked for every single day of my life
我卻為了這項“游戲”，傾注了我畢生的心血
Maybe I destroyed the game
或許是我毀掉了籃球
Or maybe you are just making excuses
亦或許你們只是為了自己的不努力找尋借口
