Being underpaid is a common reason people quit their job. If you're undervalued, it's time to do some research on industry standards and be realistic with what you want. Remember, salary isn't everything. Does your job come with other perks? If you're still unsatisfied, call a meeting with your boss and discuss. If you can't come to an agreement, at least you tried, and now you know it's time to find more affluent pastures.
