Audible and Cesar Millan have teamed up to introduce audiobooks for pets, in an effort to combat doggy depression.

Dubbed Audible for Dogs, the platform features a rotating selection of titles aimed at providing peace of mind for man's best friend when home alone.

Millan said in a statement, “Dogs are social animals, so they need to engage with someone, and the purpose of Audible for Dogs is to make dogs feel there is someone with them."

The launch of the platform this week, includes a free download of Cesar Millan’s Guide to Audiobooks for Dogs, an original segment written and narrated by the Dog Whisperer himself.
