When you are busy, you are working hard or concentrating on a task, so that you are not free to do anything else.
Here is an example:
We've been crazy busy learning new things in our daily work. So we haven't had time to update ayoenglish in the last 10 days.
我們都在十分忙碌的學習一些新的知識和技能。所以在過去的十幾天都沒有更新英語悠選。

I bet most of you guys know that the answer to “How are you?” is “Fine, thank you”.But in recent years, there are more and more people using “busy” as the answer to this question! Like me and SJ.
I was busy dealing with my routine(常規) work as a radio host. At the same time, I am preparing to move to a new apartment. 超級緊張又忙碌的日常工作,加上搬家要處理的一大堆事情。I really hope there are two yoyos.
但是,你以為這就完事了嗎?
NO NO NO,I am also preparing for some exams.工作之余還要努力學習,好好考試。但是,為了能為大家作出更好的節目,這都是值得的。(掌聲在哪里?)
And I am not the only one who is crazy busy recently. SJ is also insanely busy.
She just transferred to a new department. There are loads of new things to learn and new work to do.
She works overtime almost every day. She just had a business trip to Shenzhen and will soon make another business trip to Xinjiang.
BUT 誒 BUT來了!忙不要緊,但是心情不能差!So how do we deal with this crazy busy life? Here are some tips. We hope these tips can also help you to cope with your busy daily life.
1. Stop Talking About Being Busy 別人問你-最近怎么樣啊?
Instead of telling people that you're busy, try talking about what you're actually doing.
For example, “I'm doing well! I just got a job and it's exciting!”
Do not insist that you're busy, and it will actually make you feel less busy.自我暗示,我不忙我不忙,一切都在掌控中!
2. Stop Multi-tasking During Leisure Time 其實,我們休息的時間還是超級超級多的。
BUT we've become accustomed to multi-tasking during that time.比如,meal planning while we watch television, checking our email while we're out to dinner, watching funny videos while we're chatting with friends.
要記住,休息的時候就好好休息,無時無刻Multi-tasking的話,大腦很難得到休息啊。
3. Rethink Your Definition of Self-Care When we think of self-care, we often focus on our physical well-being: getting a massage, exercising, taking care of our skin.身體上的保養當然重要,但是(今天說了好多但是)
但是,精神健康也不容忽視。大家感覺抑郁的時候,一定要找到一個適合自己的方式發泄出來。比如,給我們留言,在群里跟大家聊天。嘻嘻
