Sometimes things move quickly and sometime things move rather slowly

So it's just nice to let them know that you are still very interested

and could they please share with you some of the next steps

Does that include a second interview for example

Again your goal is, you know to get a second interview

and to actually get a job offer
進而得到這個工作
And then at that time you can decide

if it's a good fit for you and make a decision

But you always wanna go for the job offer

which would include going for the second interview

So what is the interviewer looking for?

Your ability to communicate and intelligence, very important

Self-confidence

you really wanna know yourself

and to be able to articulate your strength
能清晰地表達自己的長處
and your skills, your abilities

as the apply to the specific position

and to come across as somebody who's focused
你給人的印象是能夠集中注意力
and is confident that they can come in and do the job
你非常自信，覺得自己能勝任這一工作
Willingness to accept responsibility

So again we talk about showing up on time

showing up dressed appropriately with the things that you should have

Initiative leadership, energy level

Enthusiasm is very important

so make sure that you've slept well the night before you've eaten a nice breakfast

and you are ready for this interview

You also wanna communicate your interpersonal skills

You wanna be yourself. You are, of course in the interview

but you wanna smile, you wanna be enthusiastic

Often it helps to mimic the tone of the interviewer

So keep that in mind, although somebody exceptionally laid back

that doesn't mean you can slouch back on your seat

You'll still wanna be at attention

but again you wanna come across as natural and confident
