Your first time spinning can be a little bit nerve-wracking, but we are here to help!

First, make sure to wear something fitted.
首先,需要穿相對舒適的衣物。
The last thing you want to be worrying about while you're sprinting on your bike is being uncomfortable with your baggy pants or top.
最后一件需要注意的事情,騎動感單車要盡量避免穿跨襠褲或者寬大背心等不舒適的衣物。
Don't worry about buying shoes for spinning, you can rent them!
至于鞋子,完全不用擔心,買不起就租啊!
Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep the night before you start your first spin class, because it's a lot for your body to get used to.
為了次日上單車課有個好的精神狀態,一定要保證充足的睡眠,因為你將消耗大量的體能。
Also, don't eat a heavy meal right before class.
另外,上課之前避免大吃大喝。
This will never end well.
這樣會加重身體負擔。
