China, Zimbabwe pledge stronger ties as Mugabe visits

Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe has started his five-day visit to China.This is the 13th time that Mugabe, 90, has come to China.

On Monday afternoon, he met with Chinese President Xi Jinping and discussed greater cooperation in various economic sectors.
周一下午他會見了中國國家主席習近平，雙方就各個經濟領域各方面的深度合作進行了討論。
Before the visit, Mugabe said the two sides would discuss infrastructure projects and that Zimbabwe hoped China, its top investor, would spend more money in the country.
訪華前穆加貝表示中津將會就基礎設施建設項目進行討論，并且他希望津巴布韋最大的投資方中國能夠投入更多資金。
Last year, Zimbabwe was China's top investment destination in Africa, with more than US600 million invested in mining, telecommunications, agriculture and other sectors.
去年，津巴布韋是中國在非洲投資最多的國家。對于礦業，電信，農業及其它領域超過6億美元。
