The female dormitory will be out-of-bounds for all male students and vice versa.

經(jīng)由以上的例子可以得出or vice versa是指一個物體的不同態(tài)度，而and是對于兩個物體而已。

be fined表示被罰款

eg：You will get fined if you don't go. 如果你不走你就會被罰款。

get fined也是罰款的意思。
