親愛聽眾朋友，您從來這句話中找到了答案嗎？哪里表示出來的意思和我們的語境以及圖片傳達出來的中心思想相符合呢？

它是get a grip。It is an American slang. 它是一個美國街頭語。In this phrase, grip means to "control or power over sth". 中文意思是對......的控制力。我們來看2個例句：The home team took a grip on the game. 主隊牢牢地控制著比賽的局面。We need to tighten the grip we have on the market. 我們必須加強對市場的控制力。從以上2個例句可以看出，“對......的控制力”這個名詞性短語的表述法是a grip on something，注意介詞是on。
