“Come here, Lucy, and listen! What is in this flower?”
“露西，過來，聽，花里面是什么？”
“0 mother! it is a bee. I wonder how it came to be shut up in the flower!”
“噢，媽媽！是蜜蜂。我不知道它是怎么被花關在里面的。”
“It went into the flower for some honey, and it may be it went to sleep.
“它進到花里面采些花蜜，后來可能睡著了。
Then the flower shut it in.
然后花就把它關在里面了。”
“The bee likes honey as well as we do, but it does not like to be shut up in the flower.
“蜜蜂和我們一樣喜歡花蜜，但它肯定不喜歡被關在花里。”
“Shall we let it out, Lucy?”
“露西，我們能把它弄出來嗎？”
“Yes; then it can go to other flowers, and get honey.”
“好啊，這樣的話它就可以繼續(xù)飛到其他花那兒去采蜜了。”
