施壓，強迫
講解：
twist arm的字面意義是“扭手臂”，把對方的手臂反扭到身后以挾制他，引申為“以任何方法施壓、強迫對方聽命行事”。也可以寫成復合字arm-twisting，當動名詞用。例如:No amount of arm-twisting can force a voter to vote against his own will.(再怎么施壓，也無法強迫選民違反自己的意愿投票。）。
