Grey's Anatomy's creator Shonda Rhimes has suggested that she is not planning any more traumatic storylines for Callie and Arizona next season.

In the recent season, the duo broke up and got back together after Callie became pregnant.

The pair were also in a car accident which prompted the premature birth of Callie's baby, and got married towards the end of the season.

Rhimes has now suggested that they will have an easier time when Grey's Anatomy returns for its new season.

"I think they've earned the right for us to enjoy them as a couple and to enjoy them as mothers," she told TV Guide.

萊梅斯對《電視指南》雜志說：“我想她們已經(jīng)承受了很多，現(xiàn)在是我們看著她們幸福的生活在一起、幸福地當媽媽的時候了。”

However, Rhimes added that viewers will also see the pair "juggle what motherhood means to their relationship, their sex life and their jobs".

不過，萊梅斯補充說，觀眾們會在下一季中看到這對愛人“如何應(yīng)對母親這個角色給兩人的伴侶關(guān)系、床第生活以及工作帶來的挑戰(zhàn)。”

The new season of Grey's Anatomy will premiere on September 22 on ABC.
