托福聽力比較貼近于校園生活，其難度并不是十分大。對于有一定英語基礎的同學，通過一段時間的悉心準備，是不會有大問題的。在聽力中，有一些短語常常出現，TPO小站在此匯總了這些高頻短語，每期10條，希望備考托福的同學們能夠逐一掌握，在托福聽力中做到萬無一失。

　　To pay to see that movie would be foolish， when you can see it on TV for nothing.
　　6 from top to bottom 從上到下
　　A: Maybe you lost your wallet in this room.
　　B: I've searched it from top to bottom……
　　7 get of on the wrong foot 開始事情就做錯了
　　I got off on the wrong foot, and I don't have any idea which way to turn now.
　　8 get a lot out of something 從……學到很多
　　The training program was difficult， but she got a lot out of it.
　　9 get at 想說
　　Do you understand what I'm getting at?
　　10 get away with 對………擺脫懲罰
　　A: Did you know that Bob is leaving for home tonight? He isn't planning to take his final exams.
　　B: He can't get away with that
