她的熟人很多.在社交場合她跟和多人應(yīng)酬.

例子: Whenever I go to a wedding, my feet hurt afterwards. This is because my wife is such a social butterfly that we never sit down at the reception. We are always moving from conversation to conversation talking to everyone.

例子: In order to be a politician, you need a very thick skin because everyone is telling you what you did wrong and many bad things are said about you.
