糧食安全保障體系和能力建設(shè)
China has proposed eight tasks to ensure national food security, including strengthening the country's food security system and capacity-building, increasing support for agricultural protection, and accelerating the construction of a modern food industry and circulation system, according to a recent report from the State Council. The report on work to ensure national food security was submitted to the fifth session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress, China's top legislature, for deliberation on August 28.
國務(wù)院關(guān)于確保國家糧食安全工作情況的報(bào)告8月28日提請十四屆全國人大常委會第五次會議審議。報(bào)告提出，將從加強(qiáng)糧食安全保障體系和能力建設(shè)、加大農(nóng)業(yè)保護(hù)支持力度、加快構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代糧食產(chǎn)業(yè)和流通體系等8方面保障國家糧食安全。
To ensure food security, efforts must be made to both increase production and reduce food losses, continuing to further prevent food waste. An all-encompassing approach to food must be adopted to build a diversified food supply system, and develop food sources in multiple ways. Assessment of officials' performance must be tightened to urge all localities to shoulder their responsibility for securing food security.
保障糧食安全，要在增產(chǎn)和減損兩端同時(shí)發(fā)力，持續(xù)深化食物節(jié)約各項(xiàng)行動(dòng)。要樹立大食物觀，構(gòu)建多元化食物供給體系，多途徑開發(fā)食物來源。要嚴(yán)格考核，督促各地真正把保障糧食安全的責(zé)任扛起來。
