China's environmental protection sector has grown into an important driving force for the green economy, generating a revenue of 2.22 trillion yuan last year, the minister of ecology and environment said Thursday.
7月27日，生態(tài)環(huán)境部部長介紹稱，去年，全國環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)營業(yè)收入達(dá)到2.22萬億元，已經(jīng)成為綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要力量。
It is imperative to promote a better combination of efficient markets and competent government, and integrate resource and environmental factors such as carbon emission rights, energy use rights, water use rights, and pollutant discharge rights into the overall reform of market-oriented allocation of factors of production, support market transactions such as sales, transfer, mortgage and buying shares, speed up the efforts to build a supervision system on environmental protection credibility, standardize the environmental governance market, so as to boost the sound development of environmental protection industries and environmental services industries.
要推動有效市場和有為政府更好結(jié)合，將碳排放權(quán)、用能權(quán)、用水權(quán)、排污權(quán)等資源環(huán)境要素一體納入要素市場化配置改革總盤子，支持出讓、轉(zhuǎn)讓、抵押、入股等市場交易行為，加快構(gòu)建環(huán)保信用監(jiān)管體系，規(guī)范環(huán)境治理市場，促進(jìn)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)和環(huán)境服務(wù)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。
